DevUtils offers subscription-based developer tools and APIs. We want you to be satisfied with our service. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been heavily used. We evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the usage of the service during the refund period.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Excessive API usage during the refund period
  • Abuse of the service or violation of terms
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund period

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your purchase information, including your email address and order details. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Payment Provider

All payments and refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Once a refund is approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
